Resumen Los algoritmos y el mundo del internet cada día se compenetran más en la vida diaria de la gente, nos brindan un mundo de infinidad de posibilidades desde el mero acceso a páginas de ocio y entretenimiento, pasando por otras para el relacionamiento con las redes sociales hasta la idea de predecir nuestra vida más allá que se crea en el destino o en el futuro. En el presente ensayo se aproximará al problema de los algoritmos predictivos y su empleo en las relaciones intersubjetivas que no se halla exenta de cuestionamientos de distintas índoles, así como su proyección como reto de un Estado Constitucional de Derecho, el que busca o se identifica el Estado Boliviano.
Abstract Every day, algorithms and the world of the Internet in peoples daily life are more and more interwoven. They give us a world of infinite possibilities from the mere Access to leisure and entertainment websites, through others to be connected to social networks and the idea of predicting our life beyond that we can imagine our destiny or even the future. In this essay, we will approach the problema of predictive algorithms and their use in intersubjective relationships that are not exemplt from questions of different kinds, as well as the challenge of a Constitutional State of Law, which seeks or identifies the Bolivian State.
