    El presente artículo representa el instrumento de concreción de un modelo pedagógico de formación del componente cívico-tributario en los educandos de la educación Secundaria Básica. Se concreta en las etapas de Diagnóstico, Implementación y Evaluación de la estrategia para la formación cívico-tributaria en el contexto sociocultural formativo con lo que contribuye a la apropiación y aplicación de cualidades cívicas en la práctica social de los educandos. Constituye una herramienta pedagógica para la capacitación de los agentes y agencias que intervienen en el proceso de formación cultural de los educandos en una comunidad determinada.

    The present article represents the instrument of concretion of a pedagogic model of formation civic-tributary in the pupils of the Basic Secondary education. It is summed up in the stages of Diagnostic, Implementation and Evaluation of the strategy for the formation of the civic-tributary culture in the formative sociocultural context with what contributes to the appropriation and application of civic qualities in the social practice of the pupils. It constitutes a pedagogic tool for the training of the agents and agencies that intervene in the process of cultural formation of the pupils in a certain community.
