  El presente trabajo titulado “Los derechos de Propiedad Industrial como medios intan-gibles de las empresas mixtas en Cuba”, resulta de gran utilidad para el desarrolloeconómico y el tráfico jurídico – social del país. Todas las empresas para ser formadasle son necesario que sus socios aporten un capital inicial, estas aportaciones se podránconstituir por bienes muebles, inmuebles e incluso bienes intangibles. Estos últimosactualmente no cuentan con una normativa capaz de proteger ni regular cual será eldestino, o la forma de liquidación, luego que dichas empresas lleguen a su fin, trayendopor demás graves consecuencias para los socios e incluso la economía del país. Paralo cual se diseñó como objetivo general: Identificar los elementos teóricos que han deinformar la regulación de los Derechos de Propiedad Industrial como activos intangiblesde las empresas mixtas en Cuba, utilizando como métodos de investigación el históricológico, el exegético y el jurídico doctrinal.

  The present work entitled ”Industrial Property Rights as intangible means of joint venturesin Cuba”, is very useful for the economic development and legal-social traffic of thecountry. All companies to be formed it is necessary that their partners contribute aninitial capital, these contributions may be constituted by movable, immovable and even intangible assets. The latter currently do not have regulations capable of protecting orregulating what will be the destination, or the form of liquidation, after said companiescome to an end, bringing other serious consequences for the partners and even thecountry’s economy. For which it was designed as a general objective: Identify thetheoretical elements that must inform the regulation of Industrial Property Rights asintangible assets of joint ventures in Cuba, using historical logic, exegesis and legaldoctrine as research methods.
