    El proceso de gestión de los planteamientos de los electores a los delegados de la asamblea del poder popular se registra en hojas de papel y en sistemas basados en base de datos Access. No hay visualización de la información de las actividades que se realizan ni del estado de los planteamientos. La investigación surge a partir de la necesidad de conocer el impacto de la implantación de un sistema informático que contribuye a la gestión de los planteamientos de los electores a los delegados. Se utilizó como métodos el histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo, el sistémico estructural funcional y como técnicas de investigación la entrevista y el análisis documental. El objetivo del trabajo es argumentar el impacto producido con el sistema informático implantado para la gestión de los planteamientos de los electores a los delegados de la asamblea del poder popular en la provincia de Ciego de Ávila. Dicho sistema permite el ahorro de tiempo y dinero al reducirse los traslados hacia las entidades que prestan los servicios de trámites. Además, posibilita generar gráficos estadísticos de los planteamientos lo cual ayuda a los directivos a facilitar la toma de decisiones en las entidades gubernamentales.

    The process of managing the approaches of the voters to the delegates of the assemblyof the popular power is recorded on sheets of paper and in systems based on Accessdatabases. There is no visualization of the information of the activities that are carriedout or of the state of the contributing to the management of the approaches of thevoters to the delegates. The Historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive,systemic structural-functional methods were used as methods of investigation, andinterview and documentary analysis were used as research techniques. The objective of the work is to argue the impact produced with the computerized system implanted forthe management of the approaches of the voters to the delegates of the assembly ofthe popular power in the province of Ciego de Ávila. This system saves time and moneyby reducing transfers to the entities that provide paperwork services. It is also capable of generating statistical graphics of the approaches which helps managers to facilitate decision-making in government entities.
