    Se propone una pauta analítica para la identificación y determinación cuantitativa de muestras de LSD. Para ello se ha diseñado un sistema aplicable a los alcaloides del cornezuelo del centeno (de estructura química relacionada con el LSD), que comprende su identificación por cromatografía en capa fina, su separación individual por fraccionamiento en columna de silicagel y su posterior determinación cuantitativa por espectrofotometría visible, previa reacción con 1,4-dimetilaminobenzaldehido. También se propone un sistema de fraccionamiento por cromatografía en capa fina y posterior determinación espectrofluorimétrica de las manchas eluidas. Finalmente, se aplica este sistema a muestras que contenían LSD.

    An analytical outline is proposed for the identification and determination of LSD samples. a system has been designed to this purpose. This system is applicable to the alkalois of the ergot with chemical structure related to the LSD. It comprises the thin-layer chromatography identification, the individual separation by Silicagel column, and the subsequent quantitative determination using spectrophotometry, previous reaction with 1,4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde. By other hand a system of separation by means of thin-layer chromatography and later spectrofluorimetrical determination of eluted spots is also proposed. Finally, this system was applied to samples containing LSD.
