    Este artículo de reflexión pretende realizar un análisis jurídico del estudio del tipo penal de conservación y financiación de plantaciones que trata el artículo 375 de la ley 599 de 2000, específicamente desde la estructura objetiva de dicha conducta punible. Es una investigación eminentemente jurídica, de tipo analítico, documental, de carácter cualitativo y que se desarrolla a nivel teórico.

    This article of reflection intends to carry out a legal analysis of the study of the penal type of conservation and financing of plantations that article 375 of law 599 of 2000 deals with, specifically from the objective structure of said punishable conduct. It is an eminently legal investigation, of an analytical, documentary, qualitative nature and that is developed at a theoretical level.
