  La publicación del Anteproyecto de Ley Orgánica Integral contra la Trata y la Explotación de Seres Humanos nos sitúa ante un panorama esperanzador. No obstante, el hecho de ser la primera ley integral en esta materia supone que su elaboración sea un gran reto. En este artículo analizamos las luces y sombras del sistema de identificación y protección que plantea el mencionado anteproyecto. Nos centraremos en la confluencia del mismo con el sistema de asilo y el de protección de la infancia. Nos adelantamos, en la medida de lo posible, a las potenciales consecuencias que su implementación pueda suponer en la práctica.

  The Draft Bill of the Comprehensive Organic Law against Trafficking and Exploitation of Human Beings presents us a hopeful perspective. However, the fact that it is the first comprehensive law in this area poses a great challenge. In this article we analyse the lights and shadows of the draft bill’s identification and protection system. We focus on its integration with the asylum system and the child protection system. We anticipate, as far as possible, the potential consequences of its implementation in practice.
