Resumen La naturaleza del estudio está enfocada en la formación jurídica y académica del Notario de fe pública ya que sigue requiriendo que se optimicen los recursos y herramientas actualmente disponibles, de manera tal que pueda desempeñar su función y garantizar la seguridad jurídica en las relaciones contractuales que día a día enfrenta y debe autorizar. Se pretende conocer los elementos fundamentales del servicio notarial, desde la necesidad de ampliar el campo para el desempeño laboral y la necesidad de interactuar en sede notarial como parte del trabajo notarial, se ve la necesidad del estudio de la formación jurídica y académica del Notario de fe pública dentro de la Carrera Notarial, encaminadas al mejor desempeño del servicio notarial.
