Resumen de Determinación del impacto del entorno urbano en la selección de vivienda de interés social tradicional

  El artículo aborda la problemática de la vivienda de nivel social, que nunca es ocupada o abandonada, y que es reflejo de una realidad contrastante en México, por un lado, gran cantidad de familias sin casa-habitación, y por el otro, muchísimos hogares sin ocuparse. Encontrando explicaciones para esta situación desde muchas perspectivas, al ser un fenómeno de carácter social y propio de grandes ciudades, en este trabajo el objetivo principal fue puntualizar la inferencia de los aspectos urbanos de un desarrollo, sobre las características arquitectónicas de la edificación. La metodología consideró una revisión teórica del tema, para elaborar un cuestionario sobre las características urbano-arquitectónicas de la vivienda referida, y presentado a usuarios factibles de este producto.

  Los datos de este instrumento se trabajaron por medio de la estadística descriptiva y la correlación entre preguntas, para lo que se utilizaron los programas Excel®, IBM SPSS® y StatisticaTM. Los resultados principales arrojaron que, al seleccionar una vivienda, las personas prestan mayor atención a las características de la edificación y menos a las condiciones del entorno urbano. La conclusión principal del trabajo establece que comúnmente condiciones precarias del diseño de la vivienda reflejarán valores urbanos limitados, que repercute en fraccionamientos que son subutilizados

  e data from this instrument was worked through descriptive statistics and the correlation between questions, for which the Excel®, IBM SPSS® and StatisticaTM programs were used. e main results showed that when selecting a home, people pay more attention to the characteristics of the building and less to the conditions of the urban environment. e main conclusion of the work establishes that commonly precarious housing design conditions will reflect limited urban values, which affects subdivisions that are underutilized.
