Resumen de El cuerpo en diálogo: Comprensiones preliminares sobre lo psicosomático como pauta relacional, una mirada de lo lineal a lo circular en la evolución del concepto

  El presente artículo, presenta las discusiones preliminares sobre la primera fase de investigación de la tesis doctoral titulada, La pauta psicosomática, una mirada ecosistémica compleja sobre el cuerpo como metáfora, que se lleva a cabo en el Doctorado en Pensamiento Complejo de Multiversidad Edgar Morin en México, cuyo objetivo general es comprender las interacciones entre la pauta psicosomática como metáfora y los procesos de auto-eco-organización de los sujetos ante sus crisis vitales.

  A partir de los resultados de esta primera fase, se identifica una preponderancia de los estudios psicoanalíticos en torno a los trastornos psicosomáticos, de otro lado se encuentran los aportes de la medicina psicosomática y de la psiquiatría de enlace como campos de estudio y de abordaje interdisciplinar de las enfermedades psicosomáticas, lo que representa un avance en relación con la manera de comprender lo psicosomático no sólo desde las conexiones entre el psique y el soma, sino también, el papel del contexto en la construcción subjetiva de la enfermedad. De este modo, se pretende identificar los acercamientos de estas tres miradas con la perspectiva ecosistémica compleja.

  This article presents the preliminary discussions on the first phase of research of the doctoral thesis entitled, The psychosomatic guideline, an ecosystem-complex look on the body as a metaphor, which is carried out in the Edgar Morin Doctorate in Complex Thinking of Multiversity in Mexico, whose general objective is to understand the interactions between the psychosomatic pattern as a metaphor and the self-eco-organization processes of the subjects in the face of their vital crises. From the results of this first phase, a preponderance of psychoanalytic studies on psychosomatic disorders is identified, on the other hand are the contributions of psychosomatic medicine and liaison psychiatry as fields of study and interdisciplinary approach of psychosomatic diseases, which represents an advance in relation to the way of understanding the psychosomatic not only from the connections between the psyche and the soma, but also, the role of the context in the subjective construction of the disease. In this way, it is intended to identify the approaches of these three views with the complex ecosystem perspective.
