    Este trabajo constituye un resumen de la tesis doctoral defendida ante el tribunal correspondiente en noviembre de 2008 bajo el título: “El proceso legislativo interno en Cuba. Un modelo para su análisis" con el objetivo de “Identificar los principales factores que desde el punto de vista teórico, metodológico y normativo afectan el correcto desarrollo del proceso legislativo interno en Cuba y fundamentar la necesidad de un Modelo metodológico para su análisis y la fundamentación de una propuesta de intervención legislativa". Para alcanzarlo se utilizan los instrumentos analíticos desarrollados por la Teoría de la legislación en los últimos treinta años y sus antecedentes en los siglos XVIII y XIX, a lo cual añade otros elementos provenientes de la teoría política y la filosofía del Derecho.

    This document is a summary of the doctoral thesis defended in the presence of the respective court in November 2008 under the title: "The internal legislative process in Cuba". A model for analysis with the aim of identify the m a in factors from the theoretical standpoint, methodology and normative affecting the proper and correct development of internal legislative process in Cuba11, and support the necessity for a Methodological Model for their analysis and justification of a proposal for legislative intervention. To achieve have been used analytical tools developed by the theory of legislation in the last thirty years and their antecedents in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, to which it adds other elements from political theory and philosophy of law
