El objetivo de la investigación se basó en determinar la relación entre el Aprendizaje colaborativo y su estimulación a la motivación del uso del inglés de Educación General Básica y Bachillerato de la ciudad de Azogues-Ecuador. De tipo descriptiva correlacional. De acuerdo a la información obtenida de la prueba del chi-cuadrado, permite comprobar que existe relación entre el Aprendizaje Colaborativo y su estimulación a la motivación del uso del inglés. Se demuestra una relación positiva entre el aprendizaje colaborativo, la motivación y el incremento en la comunicación, lo cual permite el planteamiento de aplicación del aprendizaje colaborativo en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera en Ecuador.

The objective of the research was based on determining the relationship between Collaborative Learning and its stimulation to the motivation of using English for General Basic Education and Baccalaureate in the city of Azogues-Ecuador. Correlational descriptive type. According to the information obtained from the chi-square test, it allows verifying that there is a relationship between Collaborative Learning and its stimulation to the motivation of using English. A positive relationship between collaborative learning, motivation and increased communication is demonstrated, which allows the application approach of collaborative learning in the teaching process of learning English as a foreign language in Ecuador.
