Resumen de Intervención de la comunidad en la construcción de instrumentos curriculares pedagógicos comunitarios

  La Educación Intercultural Bilingüe Comunitaria conquistó terreno a través de la lucha social amparado en los tratados internacionales, la constitución, ley de educación LOEI y el modelo de educación intercultural bilingüe MOSEIB, la propuesta de integración de los actores sociales en la construcción de los instrumentos curriculares de la unidad educativa intercultural bilingüe ABC para viabilizar la investigación. De metodología cualitativa a través de una entrevista con preguntas abiertas al personal docente y autoridades comunitarias la politización, falta de capacitación, materiales pedagógico, seguimiento de las autoridades ocasionan un divorcio total entre los actores involucrados se plantea una interacción transdiciplinaria y cosmotelurico holístico entre los componentes donde se requiere la conformación del ayllu educativo enfocado en la interacción entre los diferentes representantes para solucionar los problemas valiéndose de la asamblea general usando los derechos colectivos, la educación es la vida cosmogónica de un pueblo conviviendo bajo un simbiosis transdimencional único.

  The Intercultural Bilingual Community Education conquered ground through social struggle based on international treaties, the constitution, the LOEI education law and the intercultural bilingual education model MOSEIB, the proposal of integration of social actors in the construction of the curricular instruments of the intercultural bilingual educational unit ABC to make the research feasible. The qualitative methodology through an interview with open questions to the teaching staff and community authorities, the politicization, lack of training, pedagogical materials, monitoring of the authorities cause a total divorce between the actors involved, a transdisciplinary and cosmoteluric holistic interaction is proposed between the components where the conformation of the educational ayllu is required, focused on the interaction between the different representatives to solve the problems using the general assembly using the collective rights, education is the cosmogonic life of a people living together under a unique transdimentional symbiosis.
