Resumen de Eocene larger foraminifera from Southern Tibet
Thirty-six larger foraminifera species belonging to ten genera have been found in the Eocene from the Gamba and Tingri regions, southern Tibet. Thirty-three species were observed in the lower unit of the Zhepure Formation and three species in the upper unit of the formation. Thirty-one species are described, of which Alveolina subovata is new.
