Características técnicas y efectividad de los microinjertos autólogos en sello en la cicatrización de úlceras de la extremidad inferior. Revisión bibliográfica

    Objetivo:Analizar toda la evidencia disponible sobre los microinjertos autólogos en sello para lograr la cicatrización de úlceras de la extremidad inferior.

    Metodología:Revisión sistemática siguiendo la declaración PRISMA. Búsqueda sistemática de artículos en bases de datos de ciencias de la salud: Cochrane, PubMed, SCOPUS, Web of Science (WOS), Embase, CINAHL. Análisis de la calidad metodológica mediante las guías del Critical Apprai-sal Skills Programme español (CASPe). Síntesis de resulta-dos cualitativa y cuantitativa descriptiva.

    Resultados:Se identificaron 16 artículos. Dichos estudios documentaron las principales características técnicas de la intervención: selección de zona donante, antiséptico, anesté-sico, obtención, cura de zona donante, preparación de zona receptora, implantación, cura de zona receptora, recomenda-ciones al alta, tiempo empleado y dolor ocasionado. Del mismo modo, se documentaron las características con la efectividad obtenida: porcentaje de cicatrizaciones, segui-miento, factores predictivos del crecimiento medio, conse-cuencias del efecto angiogénico, comparación con otros tratamientos y entre diferentes ámbitos de atención sanitaria.

    Conclusiones:Se observó que con este tratamiento se logra epitelizar un alto porcentaje de lesiones resistentes a la tera-pia convencional, mediante un procedimiento sencillo, rápido, efectivo, antiálgico, rentable y accesible.

    Objective:To analyze all the available evidence on autolo-gous micrografts in seals to achieve healing of lower extremity ulcers.

    Methodology:Systematic review following the PRISMA statement. Systematic search of articles in health sciences databases: Cochrane, PubMed, SCOPUS, Web of Science (WOS), Embase, CINAHL. Analysis of methodological quality using the guidelines of the Spanish Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASPe). Qualitative and quantitative descriptive synthesis of results.

    Results:Sixteen articles were identified. These studies doc-umented the main technical characteristics of the intervention: selection of the donor site, antiseptic, anesthetic, procure-ment, donor site treatment, preparation of the recipient site, implantation, recipient site treatment, discharge recommen-dations, time employed and pain caused. Likewise, the char-acteristics with the effectiveness obtained were documented: percentage of healing, follow-up, predictive factors of average growth, consequences of the angiogenic effect, comparison with other treatments and between different health care set-tings.

    Conclusions:It was observed that this treatment achieves epithelialization of a high percentage of lesions resistant to conventional therapy, by means of a simple, fast, effective, antalgic, cost-effective and accessible procedure.
