  • Resumen
    • This paper presents an ALAS project (Ref.

15/3ACT/PAC2021) founded by Spanish Women Institute. With the recent increase in jobs related to the STEM field and the low presence and participation of women in studies and professions related to this field, it represents a gap when it comes to accessing the labour market, despite the good academic results of women in science and technology. Today there is hardly any research in our country that addresses the study of gender bias in different STEM professions by young people throughout the different stages of transition to adult life.
