Homologias narrativas na imprensa brasileira após a redemocratização

    The history, politics, and culture of each society are open and intertwined problems, and the present is the place of history, the starting point of its realization, the place of problematizations. 50 years after the 1964 coup d'état, the dictatorship continues to lead important discussions in Brazilian society about the representations of its memory. The public space of the press has an important role in the diffusion of this agenda and in the opinionated and informative positioning of the subject. Identifying how a certain social reality is constructed, thought, and read is a prerequisite for understanding how certain groups have forged the representations of the social world. In this case, we carried out a content analysis of the editorials of the newspapers O Estado de S. Paulo, O Globo, and Folha de S. Paulo on the date that marks the 50th anniversary of the Brazilian civil-military coup of 1964, in order to demonstrate how they have constructed representations that generate justifications for the dictatorial authoritarianism that fell upon Brazil. The work consists of a theoreticalreflection that covers the consequences of the media in contemporary society, related to the historical problematic of our object and, finally, the analysis of the editorials published by the Folha de S. Paulo, Estadão, and O Globo newspapers that mark the 50 years of the coup of 1964, demonstrating discourses permeated with interests, ambiguities, and similarities regarding the orientation of the historical sense of the dictatorship and its representations. We intend, from this work, to offer a contribution for understanding the social dynamics of our country, seeking the discovery of regularities in the past and in the present, taking the facts as the result of sets of cultural practices, with regard to the analysis of how the coup of 1964 and the regime that followed it to the Brazilian society is represented in the public space of the printed media.

    A história, a política e a cultura de cada sociedade são problemas em aberto e se entrelaçam, sendo o presente o lugar da história, o ponto de partida de sua realização, o lugar das problematizações. 50 anos após o golpe de Estado de 1964 a ditadura continua protagonizando, na sociedade brasileira, discussões importantes sobre as representações de sua memória. O espaço público da imprensa tem importante destaque na difusão desta pauta e no posicionamento opinativo e informativo do assunto. Identificar o modo uma determinada realidade social é construída, pensada, dada a ler é um pressuposto para a compreensão de como determinados grupos têm forjado as representações do mundo social. Aqui realizamos a análise de conteúdo dos editoriais dos jornais: O Estado de S. Paulo; O Globo e Folha de S. Paulo na data que marca os 50 anos do golpe civil-militar brasileiro de 1964 para demonstrarmos como têm construído representações que geram justificativas para o autoritarismo ditatorial que se abateu sobre o Brasil. O trabalho consiste numa reflexão teórica que abarca as consequências dos meios de comunicação na sociedade contemporânea, relacionada com a problemática histórica de nosso objeto e, enfim, a análise dos editoriais publicados pelos jornais Folha de S. Paulo, Estadão e O Globo e que marcam os 50 anos do golpe de 1964, demonstrando discursos permeados de interesses, ambiguidades e semelhanças no que tange o norteamento do senso histórico da ditadura e suas representações. Pretendemos, a partir deste trabalho, oferecer uma contribuição para compreensão da dinâmica social de nosso país, buscando a descoberta de regularidades no passado e no presente, tomando os fatos como resultantes dos conjuntos de práticas culturais, no que se refere à análise de como é representado o golpe de Estado de 1964 e o regime que dele se seguiu à sociedade brasileira, no espaço público das mídias impressas.
