Resumen
- Mesozoic algae of the “Porostromata” group with tubular or filamentous branches assigned to Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta are described. The following Cyanophyta taxa are described: Paraortonella nitida n. sp. (Family Scutonemataceae), Rivularia subrotundata n. sp. and R. globosa n. sp. (Family Rivulariaceae).
  
  The Chlorophyta taxa described are: Franconiella polyfurcata n. gen., n. sp., Erikiella ramosa n. gen., n. sp., Ghimbaviella lobata n. gen., n. sp., Cupasiella juberiae n. gen., n. sp., Hansiella fibrata n. gen., n. sp., Dubrovnikiella illyrica n. gen., n. sp., Hasmasiella aggregata n. gen., n. sp., Rectangulina eugenii n. sp., R. zebili n. sp., R. sp. (Family Codiaceae) and Toomeyiella composita n. gen., n. sp. (Family Chaetophoraceae).
