    A través del siguiente trabajo analizaré el procedimiento de juicio verbal de desahucio y su aplicación a la técnica monitoria, y para ello comenzaré en un inicio, examinando el proceso monitorio y tras este, nos remitiremos al juicio verbal de desahucio por impago de rentas, los examinaré y tras ello veremos el fin perseguido con el procedimiento monitorio para reclamación de rentas arrendaticias. Y para finalizar, expondré algunas conclusiones con respecto al tema de estudio.

    Throught the next work, I will analyze the verbal eviction trial process and his aplication to the monitory technique, and for that I will start considering the monitory process, and then, we will refer to the verbal eviction trial for non-payments of rents, and then, I will look at his pursue end with that claim rents leasing. And to close, I will explain some conclusions about this study topic.
