    L'objectiu d'aquesta comunicació és reflexionar sobre l'arquitectura del Patrimoni Industrial que s'està generant en el present., front un altre que ja està completament acceptat segons la LPHIB. Mitjançant un recorregut a través de certs elements, que avui en dia poden crear polèmica i que tenen un fort impacte ecològic i estètic(Hotels, Foro de Mallorca) en contrast amb aquells elements que ja han estat acceptats sense prejudicis com a part del Patrimoni Industrial.Aquesta comunicació té com a objectiu aportar per al debat la idea que certs moviments arquitectònics i socials els quals són el resultat del procés d'industrialització que segurament no han respectat el medi ambient o els treballadors.Ara es poden admirar pel seu valor artístic sense importar a que van ser realment creats.Per altra banda, el valor del Patrimoni d'alguns dels més recents edificis industrials rau de fet, en que per algunes generacions són icones i punts de referència, perquè han estat sempre aquí per a nosaltres i fan part de la nostra imagineria particular així com pel seu valor estètic. En l'art com en la història, les coses no són sempre harmoniques.

    The objective of this paper is to reflect on the industrial architectural heritage which is being generated at present as opposed to the one that is already accepted by the PHIB law, by means of a journey through certain elements that nowadays may cause controversy, and have a significant aesthetic and ecological impact (hotels, el Foro de Mallorca), in contrast with those elements that have already been accepted any prejudice as part of our industrial heritage. This paper aims to bring forward for debate the idea that certain architectural and social movements which are the result of industrialization processes that do not respect the environment or workers, are nowadays admired for their artistic value, no matter what they really stand for.On the other hand, the heritage value of some of the most recent industrial buildings lies in the fact that. some generations, they are icons and points of reference, because they have always been there for us and are part of our individual imagery, and also for their aesthetic value. In art, as in history, things are for not always in harmony.
