Resumen de Os Quintais Produtivos e a intersecção “com o campo e a cidade”: sob o olhar das(os) agricultoras(es) familiares

  The Productive Backyards are healthy food production systems, developed in the home environment using agroecological techniques that contemplate Sovereignty and Food and Nutritional Security (SSAN) throughout the Production Chain. The Interinstitutional Agroecological Fair (FIA) held at the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG), Instituto Federal Goiano (IF Goiano) and at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), in the municipality of Goiânia since 2019, offers food from the Productive Backyards of (the ) Family farmers in the State of Goiás. And weaving the intersection “field and city” comes the research through the methodology of existential/integral action research, with the objective of identifying the mode of food production in the Productive Backyards of the FIA family farmers in 2021. All foods were produced using agroecological techniques, with the majority offering in natura foods. The Productive Backyards promoted healthy eating from the SSAN perspective, as well as pro-agroecology experiences “with the countryside and the city”. Among the challenges, the importance of advancing in Food and Nutrition Education (EAN) throughout the Production Chain to strengthen and/or expand the production and consumption of food in the Productive Backyards. And in terms of Data Collection, there was a lack of access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by family farmers.

  Os Quintais Produtivos são sistemas de produção de alimentos saudáveis, desenvolvidos no ambiente domiciliar por técnicas agroecológicas que contemplam a Soberania e a Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional (SSAN) em toda a Cadeia Produtiva. A Feira Interinstitucional Agroecológica (FIA) realizada no Instituto Federal de Goiás (IFG), Instituto Federal Goiano (IF Goiano) e na Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG), no município de Goiânia desde 2019, oferta os alimentos dos Quintais Produtivos das(os) Agricultoras(es) Familiares do Estado de Goiás. E tecendo a intersecção “campo e cidade” surge a pesquisa pela metodologia da pesquisa-ação existencial/integral, com o objetivo de identificar o modo de produção dos alimentos nos Quintais Produtivos das(os) agricultoras(es) familiares da FIA em 2021. Todos os alimentosforam produzidos pelas técnicas agroecológicas, havendo a oferta majoritária de alimentos in natura. OsQuintais Produtivos promoveram a alimentação saudável na perspectiva da SSAN, bem como as vivencias pró agroecologia “com o campo e a cidade”. Entre os desafios, a importância de avançar na Educação Alimentar e Nutricional (EAN) em toda a Cadeia Produtiva para fortalecer e/ou ampliar a produção e o consumo dos alimentos dos Quintais Produtivos. E em âmbito da Coleta de Dados, houve a lacuna do acesso as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) pelas(os) agricultoras(es) familiares.
