    El 12 de abril de 2022, el Consejo de Ministros del Gobierno de España aprobó el Proyecto de Ley de Medidas de Eficiencia Procesal del Servicio Público de Justicia, y el 22 de abril de 2022, el Pleno del Congreso de los Diputados acordó la avocación del debate y la votación de ese mismo Proyecto de Ley de Medidas de Eficiencia Procesal del Servicio Público de Justicia. Así, mientras tiene lugar, o no, su aprobación definitiva y entrada en vigor, el presente trabajo de investigación trata de abordar el estudio de las diferentes reformas -a nuestro parecer, trascendentales- que en él se recogen en relación a la subasta judicial forzosa de bienes muebles e inmuebles cuyo desarrollo tiene lugar, telemáticamente, a través del Portal Electrónico de Subastas Judiciales y Administrativas de la Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado -AEBOE-.

    On 12 April 2022, the Council of Ministers of the Spanish Government approved the Draft Law on Procedural Efficiency Measures for the Public Justice Service, and on 22 April 2022, the Plenary of the Congress of Deputies agreed to adjourn the debate and vote on the same Draft Law on Procedural Efficiency Measures for the Public Justice Service. Thus, while its definitive approval and entry into force takes place, or not, this research work attempts to study the different reforms - in our opinion, transcendental - that are included in it in relation to the compulsory judicial auction of movable and immovable property, the development of which takes place, telematically, through the Electronic Portal of Judicial and Administrative Auctions of the State Agency Official State Gazette - AEBOE-.
