Resumen de O contexto dos indicadores de Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável sobre crianças e adolescentes no estado do Rio Grande do Sul

  Although underreported, the indicators related to childhood and adolescence reflect the need for more effective inclusion in the planning and execution of policies aimed at the inte-gral protection of this sector of the population, avoiding violations of rights. The general objec-tive of this article is to identify the violations of the rights of children and adolescents, present in the indicators of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) produced in Rio Grande do Sul. The specific objectives involve understanding the conceptual aspects and evolution of sustainable development, researching the sustainable development goals in the 2030 Agenda and analyzing the sustainable development indicators produced from the data compile of the Abrinq Foundation and the violation of the rights of children and adolescents in Rio Grande do Sul.The research problem asks: how do the indexes of Sustainable Development Goals present situations of vio-lation of children and teenagers rights in the State of Rio Grande do Sul? The approach method is deductive and the procedure method is monographic, with bibliographic and documentary re-search techniques. As main results, the study notes inefficiency in ensuring certain rights and the necessity of action and investments in policies that seek to prevent and eradicate all kinds of rights violation, ensuring full protection and absolute priority for children and teenagers

  Ainda que subnotificados, os indicadores relacionados à infância e à adolescência re-fletem a necessidade de inclusão mais efetiva no planejamento e na execução de políticas públi-cas destinadas à proteção integral desse setor da população, evitando violações de direitos. Oobjetivo geral deste artigo é identificar as violações de direitos de crianças e adolescentes, pre-sentes nos indicadores de Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) produzidos, no Rio Grande do Sul. Os objetivos específicos envolvem compreender os aspectos conceituais e a evo-lução do desenvolvimento sustentável, pesquisar os objetivos de desenvolvimento sustentável na Agenda 2030 e analisar os indicadores de desenvolvimento sustentável produzidosa partir do compilado de dados da Fundação Abrinqe a violação de direitos de crianças e adolescentes no Rio Grande do Sul. O problema de pesquisa questiona: como os indicadores de Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável apresentam a situação de violação de direitos de crianças e ado-lescentes no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul?. Para isso, utiliza-se do método de abordagem dedu-tivo e do método de procedimento monográfico com técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica e docu-mental. Como principais resultados, o estudo constata a ineficiência na garantia de determinados direitos e a necessidade de ação e investimento em políticas públicas que busquem prevenir e erradicar todos os tipos de violações de direitos, garantindo a proteção integral e a prioridade absoluta às crianças e aos adolescentes
