Resumen de Triassic and Jurassic Microfauna from Subsurface Ruwaished Area, Northeast Jordan.
Nine Triassic miospores, and two foraminifers with eleven ostracoda Jurassic species have been reported for the first time from subsurface drilled strata in the RH-3 (Triebele) and RH-11 wells of the Ruwaished area, northeast Jordan. Relatively thin Jurassic sediments were drilled in RH-3 comparable with that of RH-11 which might be due to the occurrence of a Hail-Rutbah arch since the Paleozoic time.
