    Objetivo: Identificar las principales manifestaciones clínicas que se presenta en el Síndrome Ballantyne, asociado a distintas patologías, diagnóstico diferencial y posible tratamiento. Método: El estudio realizado es de alcance cualitativo descriptivo, se realizó una búsqueda en diferentes bases de datos Scielo, Europe PMC, Revista Oficial de la Sociedad Española de Ginecología y Obstetricia, PubMed y PanAfrican. Resultados y conclusiones: Se ha podido identificar que las principales manifestaciones clínicas se asocian a la preclamsia, sin embargo, con un correcto y temprano diagnóstico diferencial se lo puede distinguir, para proceder con la evaluación del cuadro clínico y efectuar el tratamiento más eficaz el cual garantice la salud de la madre y el feto. El síndrome de Ballantyne durante los últimos años ha tenido mayor impacto, ya que se lo ha podido observar en la descripción de diferentes cuadros clínicos, los cuales nos han permitido tener una visión más amplia del desarrollo de la patología, de esta forma tratarla oportunamente evitando que sea infra diagnosticada.

    Objective: To identify the main clinical manifestations that occur in Ballantyne Syndrome, associated with different pathologies, differential diagnosis and possible treatment. Method: The study carried out is of descriptive qualitative scope, a search was carried out in different databases Scielo, Europe PMC, Official Magazine of the Spanish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics, PubMed and PanAfrican. Results and conclusions: It has been possible to identify that the main clinical manifestations are associated with preeclampsia, however, with a correct and early differential diagnosis it can be distinguished, to proceed with the evaluation of the clinical picture and carry out the most effective treatment which ensure the health of mother and fetus. Ballantyne's syndrome in recent years has had a greater impact, since it has been observed in the description of different clinical pictures, which have allowed us to have a broader vision of the development of the pathology, thus treating it promptly avoiding that is underdiagnosed.
