Objetivo: El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar la problematización sustentada de eventos de salud. Método: Desde el paradigma positivista, los métodos cuantitativos, conciernen a un conjunto de estrategias de adquisición y procesamiento de información, que siempre analizan el marco de relaciones causales, utilizando formas cuantitativas, numéricas y/o métodos estadísticos. Usando herramientas estadísticas descriptivas básicas, pero tratando de comprender las caras y las historias detrás de los números, pensando y comprendiendo lo que está sucediendo., en el contexto investigado. En conclusión: Los datos de mortalidad identificados permitieron conocer de mejor modo la situación actual de la comunidad, estar al tanto un poco de su realidad, que es lo que los afecta, básicamente que es lo que los está matando, para así poder intervenir y tratar de cambiar esa realidad y poder brindar un mayor estado de bienestar que permita desarrollarse a la comunidad.

Objective: The general objective of the research was to analyze the sustained problematization of health events. Method: From the positivist paradigm, quantitative methods concern a set of strategies for acquiring and processing information, which always analyze the framework of causal relationships, using quantitative, numerical and/or statistical methods. Using basic descriptive statistical tools, but trying to understand the faces and stories behind the numbers, thinking and understanding what is happening in the investigated context. In conclusion: The mortality data identified allowed us to better understand the current situation of the community, to be aware of their reality, what is affecting them, basically what is killing them, so that we can intervene and try to change that reality and be able to provide a greater state of well-being that allows the community to develop.
