Resumen de Archivos y patrimonio documental en el proyecto de ley de memoria democrática

En este trabajo se analiza la ordenación que el actual Proyecto de Ley de Memoria Democrática de 2021 contiene en materia de archivos y documentos, en contraste con la aún vigente Ley 52/2007 de memoria histórica, a la que se pretende sustituir. Tras una muy breve introducción al Proyecto de Ley, con la finalidad de contextualizar el objeto del estudio, éste se centra en la ordenación que el texto propone en su articulado sobre los archivos y el patrimonio documental, para pasar seguidamente a un breve apunte sobre las variadas disposiciones adicionales y finales que afectan también a los archivos.

This paper analyses the organisation that the current Draft Law on Democratic Memory of 2021 contains in terms of archives and documents, in contrast to the still current Law 52/2007 on historical memory, which it is intended to replace. After a very brief introduction to the Draft Law, with the aim of contextualising the object of the study, it focuses on the organisation which the text proposes in its articles on archives and documentary heritage, and then moves on to a brief note on the various additional and final provisions which also affect archives.
