    El siguiente trabajo asume como objetivo general realizar un análisis jurídico sobre las inscripciones tardías de nacimientos a niñas, niños y adolescentes en el Estado ecuatoriano. Desde la modalidad paradigmática cuantitativa, de diseño bibliográfico-documental se esgrimió para este tipo de investigación, documentos, textos legales, investigaciones científicas mediante la recolección, selección y análisis de los mismo. El diseño bibliográfico-documental se apoyó en los procesos lógicos y mentales Así mismo se aplicó una encuesta con la finalidad de obtener la información necesaria. Se cuestiona que el registro tardío de menores, niños y adultos es un hecho inminente que se da en el tiempo sin tomar en cuenta las disposiciones de la Constitución de la República. Se concluye que se infringen los derechos de propiedad en vida porque no tienen sus propias identidades y no los registraron a tiempo y no pueden gozar de derechos como educación, salud, protección Estadal, religiosa y sociales.

    The following work assumes as a general objective to carry out a legal analysis on late registration of births to girls, boys and adolescents in the Ecuadorian State. From the quantitative paradigmatic modality, bibliographic-documentary design was used for this type of research, documents, legal texts, scientific investigations through the collection, selection and analysis of the same. The bibliographic-documentary design relied on logical and mental processes. A survey was also applied in order to obtain the necessary information. It is questioned that the late registration of minors, children and adults is an imminent event that occurs over time without taking into account the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic. It is concluded that property rights are infringed in life because they do not have their own identities and they did not register them on time and they cannot enjoy rights such as education, health, State, religious and social protection.
