  • This paper analyzes the new legal status of the victim of an international crime in the legal system of an international criminal court. In addition, it highlights the establishment of a new model of justice through the new procedural role of the victim, the reparation of the damage and the principles applicable to reparations, within the framework of the legal system of reparations of the International Criminal Court.
