Resumen de La hermenéutica analógica y la discriminación por discapacidad

  Este trabajo analiza el problema de la discriminación por discapacidad como un problema social que ha venido incrementándose día con día y que necesita ser estudiado y comprendido para quitar los estereotipos que señalan a los discapacitados como “diferentes” al resto de la población, ya que ese maltrato acarrea diversos problemas como la desigualdad, la infelicidad y la falta de oportunidades. Se propone un análisis hermenéutico-filosófico para interpretar al ser humano discapacitado como un ser semejante al resto y merecedor de respeto y derechos como cualquier individuo. La hermenéutica específica que se aplicará en la solución mediadora de este problema es la hermenéutica analógica, ya que ésta se utilizará como la metodología idónea para interpretar al discapacitado como un ser humano un tanto distinto, pero al mismo tiempo semejante, al resto de los individuos, por lo que se promoverá una educación inclusiva por medio de la virtud de la prudencia, el valor del respeto y buen trato, virtudes y valores que son esencialmente mediadoras y equilibradas.

  This paper analyzes the problem of disability discrimination as a social problem that has been increasing day by day and that needs to be studied and understood to remove the stereotypes that point to the disabled as "different" from the rest of the population, since that mistreatment entails various problems such as inequality, unhappiness and lack of opportunities. Therefore, a hermeneuticalphilosophical analysis is proposed to interpret the disabled human being as a being similar to the rest and deserving of respect and rights like any individual. The specific hermeneutics that will be applied in the mediating solution of this problem is the analog hermeneutics, since this will be used as the ideal methodology to interpret the disabled person as a somewhat different human being, but at the same time similar to the rest of the individuals, so an inclusive education will be promoted through the virtue of prudence, the value of respect and good treatment, virtues and values that are essentially mediating and balanced.
