    El propósito fue analizar la educación en derechos humanos bajo la mirada de la COVID 19 en estudiantes universitarios. Realizando una revisión teórica de la temática. La COVID-19 ha obligado a transitar hacia una docencia online de urgencia y sin planificación. Realmente, no se puede decir que las universidades hayan realizado un proceso de transformación integral de su docencia hacia el modelo online completamente, aunado a que la educación en derechos humanos es elemental para garantizar inclusión en el sistema educativo en todos los niveles, por lo que el Estado debe propender a la dotación de las herramientas para lograrlo. La estrategia metodológica se centró en la interpretación de textos. Concluyendo que la pandemia trajo consecuencias negativas para el entorno educativo porque la mayoría de los alumnos y los docentes, no habían desarrollado competencias para el trabajo virtual y, en algunos casos los docentes sufrieron sobrecarga laboral y se sintieron víctimas de estrés y los estudiantes se sintieron vulnerados en su derecho a la educación.

    The intention was to analyze the education in human rights under the look of the COVID19 in university students. Realizing a theoretical review of the subject-matter. The COVID-19 has forced to journey towards a teaching online of urgency and without planning. Really, it is not possible to say that the universities should have realized a process of integral transformation of his teaching towards the model online completely, united to that the education in human rights is elementary to guarantee inclusion in the educational system in all the levels, from what the State must trend to the endowment of the hardware to achieve it. The methodological strategy centered on the interpretation of texts. Concluding that the pandemic brought negative consequences for the educational environment because the most of the pupils and the teachers, had not developed competences for the virtual work and, in some cases the teachers suffered labor surcharge and felt victim of stress and the students felt damaged in their right to the education.
