La responsabilidad del manejo adecuado de las TIC (Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación) se ha ido desviando con el tiempo, cada vez es más común el analfabetismo digital, debido a la falta de cultura digital que torna a la sociedad, familia y educación, afectando así al medio social, educativo, económico y político.
Las TIC proporcionan diversas oportunidades de crecimiento, dando lugar a la generación de oportunidades y al atendimiento de necesidades, coligando su utilización asertiva y no simplemente de ocio o recreación, ya que esto último es lo que ha convertido a la humanidad en seres dependientes de la tecnología que lejos de apoyar la competitividad educativa, empresarial, profesional y de estándares oficiales se ha ocasionado una decadencia de ignorancia nacional, vinculada con la inseguridad y la poca preparación, por tanto en este artículo se aportan reflexiones para reivindicar el uso de las nuevas tecnologías desde nivel personal, social y educativo.
La difusión tecnológica modificó en la última década las maneras de comunicación, aprendizaje y enseñanza; dando lugar a una evolución mundial en dispositivos móviles, ordenadores, sistemas de inteligencia artificial, aplicaciones, redes sociales, sitios Web, entre otros que revolucionaron lo contemporáneo en algunos casos potenciando el desarrollo cultural, la participación social, efectividad económica, mayores accesos educativos, entre otros beneficios; pero en otro sentido también esos cambios están vinculados a la exclusión social, inseguridad, corrupción, ciberbullying, analfabetismo digital, desinformación y otros graves problemas que se suscitan por el incorrecto uso de las tecnologías y dispositivos electrónicos.
Por consiguiente como alternativa se opta por la educación adecuada en el manejo de las TIC, volviendo al hombre racional y consiente de lo que hace cuando posee en sus manos aparatos innovadores, buscando se tenga la capacidad de alcanzar autónomamente la competencia de usar las TIC para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje significativo y productivo para la vida.

The responsibility of the proper management of TIC (Information and Communication Technologies) has been diverted over time, digital illiteracy is becoming more common, due to the lack of digital culture that makes society, family and education , thus affecting the social, educational, economic and political environment.
TIC provide diverse opportunities for growth, giving rise to the generation of opportunities and meeting needs, associating assertive use and not simply leisure or recreation, since this last is what has made humanity dependent on the technology that far from supporting the educational, business, professional and official standards competition has caused a decline of national ignorance, linked to insecurity and little preparation, therefore this article provides reflections to claim the use of new technologies from a personal, social and educational level.
Technological diffusion modified the ways of communication, learning and teaching in the last decade; leading to a global evolution in mobile devices, computers, artificial intelligence systems, applications, social networks, Web sites, among others that revolutionized the contemporary in some cases enhancing cultural development, social participation, economic effectiveness, greater educational access, among other benefits; but in another sense also those changes are linked to social exclusion, insecurity, corruption, cyberbullying, digital illiteracy, misinformation and other serious problems that arise from the incorrect use of technologies and electronic devices.
Therefore, as an alternative, we opt for an adequate education in the use of TIC, returning to the rational and aware man of what he does when he possesses innovative devices in his hands, seeking to have the ability to autonomously reach the competence of using TIC teaching and learning meaningful and productive for life.
