Resumen de Incidencia de la gestión administrativa de los espacios deportivos en la calidad percibida por los estudiantes universitarios

  La educación física y el deporte deben ser considerados en las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) como la base para la salud profesional de los futuros profesionales, brindándoles competitividad en el mercado de profesiones. Sin embargo, existe una tendencia a la baja calidad y el deterioro de los escenarios deportivos de las IES, lo que repercute de manera directa en el nivel de condición física de los estudiantes. Siendo necesario contar con una administración eficaz de los escenarios deportivos de cada una de las instituciones, de manera que motive e incentive a los estudiantes universitarios de realizar deportes sistemáticamente. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los riesgos que deben ser contemplados por el administrador de escenarios deportivos, y cuáles deben ser los elementos básicos que la administración debe garantizar para el correcto funcionamiento de los escenarios deportivos de las IES de Ecuador. Como resultado fue identificado un conjunto de riesgos agrupados en cinco clasificaciones: operación, mercado, técnicos, políticos y otros. En el análisis de la incidencia que puede tener la gestión administrativa de los espacios deportivos en la calidad percibida por los participantes, se identificaron cuatro responsabilidades básicas del administrador: Verificar, Garantizar, Revisar y Asegurar que estos espacios cumplan su objeto social con un alto índice de calidad percibida. Así mismo fueron determinadas cuatro variables sobre la calidad percibida por los asistentes: Comodidad, Armonía, Seguridad y Utilidad que otorgan a cada elemento de la instalación. Para satisfacer estas variables se definieron cinco factores claves: Dimensiones de las instalaciones, Condiciones constructivas, Estética de las instalaciones, Calidad del marcado y Equipamiento técnico.

  Physical education and sports should be considered in Higher Education Institutions (IES) as the basis for the professional health of future professionals, providing them with competitiveness in the professional market. However, there is a tendency towards low quality and deterioration of the sports settings of HEIs, which has a direct impact on the level of physical fitness of students. It is necessary to have an effective administration of the sports venues of each of the institutions, in a way that motivates and encourages university students to systematically play sports. The objective of this research is to analyze the risks that must be considered by the administrator of sports venues, and what should be the basic elements that the administration must guarantee for the proper functioning of the sports venues of the HEIs of Ecuador. As a result, a set of risks grouped into five classifications was identified: operation, market, technical, political and others. In the analysis of the incidence that the administrative management of sports spaces can have on the quality perceived by the participants, four basic responsibilities of the administrator were identified: Verify, Guarantee, Review and Ensure that these spaces fulfill their corporate purpose with a high index of perceived quality. Likewise, four variables were determined on the quality perceived by the attendees: Comfort, Harmony, Security and Utility that they grant to each element of the installation. To satisfy these variables, five key factors were defined: Dimensions of the facilities, Construction conditions, Aesthetics of the facilities, Quality of the marking and Technical equipment.
