    A pesar de que cada día la complejidad de las infraestructuras (TI) que se operan en Cuba crece, no están definidos los requisitos que deben cumplir las personas para desempeñarse como especialistas de ciberseguridad, sin embargo, estos especialistas tienen que ser capaces de adquirir una serie de competencias que les permita realizar las tareas necesarias del rol que están desarrollando. Este proceso no se realiza de ninguna manera, dígase, manuscrito o digital, por lo que el país al no tener definido este elemento a nivel nacional necesita contar con un sistema informático que apoye dicho proceso. Los objetivos que se persigue con el trabajo es favorecer la centralización, accesibilidad, disponibilidad, completitud e integridad de los datos. Por lo que al finalizar la investigación se obtiene como resultado un sistema informático para la gestión de la información de los roles asociados a la ciberseguridad en Cuba. Se utiliza la metodología Extreme Programming (XP) para el desarrollo del marco teórico y sistémico que se usa para la resolución del problema.

    Despite the fact that every day the complexity of the infrastructures (IT) that are operated in Cuba grows, the requirements that people must meet to work as cybersecurity specialists are not defined, however, these specialists must be able to acquire a series of competencies that allow them to carry out the necessary tasks of the role they are developing. This process is not carried out in any way, say, handwritten or digital, so the country, not having defined this element at the national level, needs to have a computer system that supports said process. The objectives pursued with the work is to favor the centralization, accessibility, availability, completeness and integrity of the data. Therefore, at the end of the investigation, a computer system is obtained as a result for the management of the information of the roles associated with cybersecurity in Cuba. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology is used for the development of the theoretical and systemic framework used to solve the problem.
