Resumen de El divorcio en el Ecuador frente a las legislaciones civiles de México, Argentina y Chile

  En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general analizar jurídicamente el divorcio en el Ecuador frente a las legislaciones civiles de México, Argentina y Chile. Se desarrolló desde el paradigma cuantitativo, apoyado desde un diseño documental-bibliográfico, mediante la indagación, recolección y análisis crítico documental y referencial bibliográfico, basándose en la exploración metódica, rigurosa y profunda de diversas fuentes documentales tales como investigaciones científicas, artículos y trabajos arbitrados, tesis, leyes, normas, entre otros. Describiendo los hallazgos encontrados, permitiendo desarrollar el cuerpo teórico en relación al tema de estudio. Se concluye que, frente a todas las Legislaciones Civiles con las que se llegó a realizar el Estudio de Derecho comparado, se pudo evidenciar, respecto a los efectos jurídicos del Divorcio, no existe mayor diferencia en los mismos, ya que, en la mayor parte de las normativas revisadas, perduran los mismos efectos, siendo esto los referentes al Estado Civil de la persona.

  The general objective of this research was the legal analysis of divorce in Ecuador compared to the civil legislations of Mexico, Argentina and Chile. It was developed from the quantitative paradigm, supported by a documentary-bibliographic design, through the inquiry, collection and critical documentary analysis and bibliographic reference, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources such as scientific research, articles and refereed works, theses, laws, regulations, among others. Describing the findings found, allowing the development of the theoretical body in relation to the subject of study. It is concluded that, with respect to all the Civil Legislations with which the Comparative Law Study was carried out, it could be evidenced, with respect to the legal effects of Divorce, there is no major difference in them, since, in most of the reviewed regulations, the same effects remain, being this those referring to the Civil Status of the person.
