    En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general analizar los efectos jurídicos del control y sanción por dar muerte a animal de fauna urbana. Este estudio se fundamentó en el enfoque cuantitativo, a través de la búsqueda, recolección y análisis crítico documental, referencial bibliográfico, estudios o proyectos de investigación, desde la interpretación del derecho. En este caso, se pretende aplicar como técnica de investigación, la revisión documental de textos, doctrina y normas. Por otro lado, se aplico las técnicas de la encuesta, cuya indagación permitió el método de análisis del fenómeno de estudio y la obtención de información relevante para la construcción del tejido teórico. Se realizaron 120 encuestas a diferentes personas de la localidad. Se concluye que, es necesario considerar que el Estado ecuatoriano efectivamente está alineada al control y la regulación de la muerte de animales pertenecientes de la fauna urbana.

    The general objective of this research was to analyze the legal effects of the control and sanction for killing urban wildlife animals. This study was based on the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical analysis of documents, bibliographic references, studies or research projects, from the interpretation of law. In this case, it is intended to apply as a research technique, the documentary review of texts, doctrine and norms. On the other hand, the survey techniques were applied, whose inquiry allowed the method of analysis of the study phenomenon and the obtaining of relevant information for the construction of the theoretical fabric. A total of 120 surveys were made to different people of the locality. It is concluded that it is necessary to consider that the Ecuadorian State is effectively aligned to the control and regulation of the death of animals belonging to the urban fauna
