Resumen de Aplicaciòn de la justicia en la negligencia médica

  En la investigación se analizó varios casos de negligencia médica en el cual se revelo la importancia que tiene hoy en día los casos de mala práctica médica, ya que está en juego la vida del ser humano y por un lado la reputación y ética del profesional de la salud. Sin embargo, en nuestro país pese a que se encuentra este delito tipificado en el COIP es insuficiente ya que no hay una ley que la regule de manera veraz y oportuna. Con este trabajo demostramos la relevancia que tiene este tema, y proponer algunas opciones para evitar el incremento de estos casos y dar alternativas respecto de su solución en el ámbito jurídico. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva, con análisis bibliográfico documental.

  The investigation analyzed several cases of medical malpractice in which it was revealed the importance of medical malpractice cases today, since it is at stake the life of the human being and on the one hand the reputation and ethics of the health professional. However, in our country, despite the fact that this crime is typified in the COIP, it is insufficient since there is no law that regulates it in a truthful and timely manner. With this work we demonstrate the relevance of this issue, and propose some options to prevent the increase of these cases and provide alternatives regarding its solution in the legal field. The research is descriptive, with documentary bibliographic analysis.
