    Este trabajo presenta una visión de las diversas etapas de la Iustitia digitalis. Se inicia con las primeras incorporaciones —asimétricas— de las TICS, con programas de tratamiento de textos y gestión de documentos, generando Sistemas Informáticos de los Juzgados (SIJ). Se continúa con el análisis de la progresiva regulación, propulsora de nociones nuevas (SJE, CTEAJE, EJE, LEXNET, MINERVA, SIRAJ, etc), avanzando hacia una digitalización orientada al documento. Y se analiza la actual situación en busca del ecosistema digital de Justicia, acelerada por la pandemia del COVID-19 y por la Agenda 2030 (ODS), que ha experimentado una transformación hacia la Justicia orientada al dato, en la que, además de consolidar la digitalización instrumental iniciada, se avanza hacia la incorporación de herramientas algorítmicas y de inteligencia artificial que ofrecen respuestas en la gestión (con interoperatividad o co-gestión), en la valoración y en la decisión.

    This paper offers an overview of the various stages of the Iustitia digitalis. It begins with the first —asymmetric— incorporations of ICTs, with word processing and document management programs, generating Court Information Systems (SIJ). It continues with theanalysis of the regulation developed at different stages in the process towards a document-oriented digitalization, and which has given place to new notions (SJE, CTEAJE, EJE, LEXNET, MINERVA, SIRAJ, etc.) covering different realities. Finally, the current situation of searching and implementing a digital ecosystem of Justice is analysed. The COVID-19 pandemic and by the 2030 Agenda (ODS) has accelerated this move. A broad move towards data.oriented Justice has taken place, in which, in addition to the consolidation of the instrumental digitization initiated, also progress has been made towards the incorporation of algorithmic and artificial intelligence tools that offer answers in management (with interoperability or co-management), as well as in assessment and in reaching a final decision.
