Resumen de Educação especial e suas contribuições com enfoque na Síndrome de Turner: um relato de experiência

  Os mais diversos desafios são enfrentados constantemente pelas escolas para possibilitar aos estudantes um ensino de qualidade e aprendizagens significativas, independentemente das diferenças existentes em cada um dos discentes. Para que se tenha uma escola que efetivamente inclui, algumas mudanças são requeridas às instituições de ensino, como o desenvolvimento de práticas educacionais inclusivas que atendam as especificidades de cada indivíduo, para que assim a educação aconteça de forma democrática, respeitando às diferenças. Nesse sentido, esse estudo tem por objetivo relatar experiência de convivência com Síndrome de Turner na perspectiva de contribuição no ensino e aprendizagem da Educação Especial. Para o alcance do objetivo, fez-se necessário uma revisão bibliográfica, com o propósito de abordar sobre a Síndrome de Turner e suas implicações, as contribuições de Vygotski no que tange à educação especial e ainda as leis que respaldam e garantem o acesso e permanência dos alunos com deficiência na educação brasileira. Traçou-se um percurso exploratório e descritivo, dentro de uma abordagem qualitativa, pois necessitou-se conhecer e explanar a importância e os desafios da educação especial e inclusiva, descrevendo as especificidades da Síndrome de Turner. Sendo o maior objetivo da educação o de possibilitar a todos os seres humanos aprendizagem significativa, proporcionando-os participação ativa na sociedade, torna-se imprescindível a realização de investimentos em políticas públicas educacionais destinadas a educação especial, a formação adequada de professores, e principalmente a quebra de estereótipos discriminatórios e preconceituosos.

  The most diverse challenges are steadily faced by schools to enable students a quality education and meaningful learning, regardless of the differences that exist in each student. To have a school that effectively includes, some changes are required from educational institutions, such as the development of inclusive educational practices that reach the specificities of each individual, so that education happens democratically, respecting differences. In this regard, this study aims to report the experience of living with Turner Syndrome in the perspective of contributing to the teaching and learning of Special Education. To reach the objective a bibliographic review was required, addressing Turner Syndrome and its implications, Vygotsky's contributions concerning special education and the laws that support and guarantee access and permanence of students with disabilities in Brazilian education. An exploratory and descriptive course was outlined within a qualitative approach, because it was necessary to know and explain the importance and challenges of special and inclusive education, describing the Turner Syndrome specificities. The main objective of education is to enable all human beings meaningful learning, providing them with active participation in society. So, it is essential to make investments in public educational policies aimed at special education, adequate teacher training, and especially the breaking of discriminatory and prejudiced stereotypes.
