Resumen de Um estudo sobre a utilização de ferramentas tecnológicas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem na educação superior

  This article aims to conduct a study on the use of digital technologies by teachers and students of higher education courses. Its contributions and challenges are listed in the teaching-learning process, as well as a brief overview of the current scenario of higher education in Brazil. More and more digital technologies are embedded in our daily lives, approximately two thirds of the population of our country is connected to the internet. This insertion makes great strides in our society. Several areas of knowledge have the most varied technologies, and in the educational field is no different. The use of new technologies, make possible significant transformations in the teaching-learning process. Based on this motivation, a literature review was carried out on the use of technological tools in the teaching-learning process in higher education. And a field research in order to obtain data to validate the information found in the bibliographic review. In short, despite the diverse challenges faced by teachers and educational institutions, if digital technologies are used correctly, they will effectively contribute to educational development and, consequently, to the solution of different levels of management.

  Este artigo tem por objetivo realizar um estudo sobre a utilização das tecnologias digitais, por parte dos docentes e discentes de cursos da educação superior. Sendo elencado suas contribuições e desafios no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, como também um breve panorama sobre o cenário atual do ensino superior no Brasil. Cada vez mais as tecnologias digitais estão inseridas em nosso cotidiano, aproximadamente dois terços da população de nosso país está conectada à internet, está inserção possibilita grandes avanços em nossa sociedade. Diversas áreas de conhecimento dispõem das mais variadas tecnologias, e no âmbito educacional não é diferente. A utilização de novas tecnologias, possibilitam transformações significativas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A partir dessa motivação, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e uma análise em pesquisas quantitativas acerca da origem das tecnologias até sua contribuição e desafios para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Também foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, afim de obter dados para validarem as informações encontradas. Apesar dos diversos desafios enfrentados pelos docentes, discentes e instituições de ensino, se as tecnologias digitais forem utilizadas de forma eficiente, elas contribuirão efetivamente no desenvolvimento educacional e consequentemente na solução de problemas em prol da sociedade.
