Sistematización del proceso de articulación del Sistema Educativo Nacional y fortalecimiento de la investigación educativa

    En este artículo se exponen los resultados de la sistematización de experiencias en el fortalecimiento de la investigación educativa que se han dado a partir del proceso de articulación interinstitucional de los diferentes subsistemas y entidades dedicadas a la educación en Nicaragua. El artículo se divide en tres partes. En la primera se plantea una visión general de la articulación del Sistema Educativo Nacional en lo que se refiere a aspectos legales, teóricos y el rol de los diferentes actores educativos. La segunda explica la metodología y detalles sobre la propia sistematización. En la tercera se detallan los resultados de acuerdo con cuatro aspectos relevantes: estructura organizativa, líneas de investigación articuladas, desarrollo de investigaciones desde el trabajo conjunto y el  fortalecimiento de habilidades investigativas de miembros de la Red de Investigadores  Educativos en Nicaragua (RIENIC), así como la identificación de factores facilitadores y obstaculizadores. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones; además de la lista de referencia bibliográfica.

    This paper presents the results of the systematization of experiences in the strengthening  of educational research led by the interinstitucional articulation process of the different subsystems and entities dedicated to education in Nicaragua. The paper is divided into three parts. In the first, a general vision of the articulation of the National Educational System is presented with regard to legal and theoretical aspects and the of the different educational actors. Secondly, it explains the methodology and details about the systematization itself. In the third part, the results are detailed according to four relevant aspects: organizational structure, articulated lines of research, development of research from joint work and the strengthening of investigative skills of Network of Educational Researchers of Nicaragua (RIENIC, for its acronym in Spanish) members, as well as the identification of facilitating and hindering factors. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are presented, as well as the reference list.
