    A lo largo de este estudio se dan a conocer las distintas y diferentes etapas en el ámbito de los delitos contra el patrimonio en el ámbito militar en nuestro país desde la época romana hasta la actualidad con el objetivo de realizar en el futuro un estudio basado en un análisis crítico y a discutir los fundamentos que han sido efectivos en la historia de este grupo de delitos.

    Throughout this study, the different stages in the field of heritage crimes againts property in the military context are going to be disclosed in a national scope, from the ancient Roman times to the present. The aim of the present article is to lay down the major guidelines for a further study based on critical analysis, as well as to discuss the foundations that have been effective in the history of this group of crimes.
