  • This area mainly refers to human resources for which new and flexible policies haveadopted many funding mechanisms in the last 15 years. And our country is benefiting, asit should, but not to the extent that it could benefit. The lack of funding for actions andprograms is due in large part to the inaction of stakeholders and, consequently, we consider this inaction to be a problem of lack of knowledge. Funding from the EU budget isnot only through the NSRF, but also through announcements or many other actions thatthe Greeks systematically ignore, and they should be aware of them and benefit fromthem. The field of Human Resources, Social Cohesion and Values is a very careful fieldthat expresses policies of particular importance in the Member States. It is consideredby many to be a pioneer and the bodies dealing with the objects of this triptych mustbe constantly vigilant so as not to miss funding and co-financing opportunities from theCommunity budget. Although we consider the co-financing that goes through the NSRFto be the responsibility of the respective government, but unfortunately there are delaysin participating in actions that are financed exclusively by the EU budget. This worktries to highlight these aspects.
