Resumen de La arquitectura civil mudéjar cordobesa: un estudio espacial

Este trabajo de investigación plantea el estudio de la arquitectura civil de la ciudadde Córdoba entre los siglos XIV al XVI, en el auge del floreciente arte Mudéjar. Elcontacto cultural entre cristianos y musulmanes propició la transmisión de valoresartísticos islámicos al mundo cortesano cristiano, constituyendo un espaciode poder a través de una singular arquitectura civil, en la que destacan las casas-palacio. La evolución de estos inmuebles, en gran parte, acabarán en manosde órdenes religiosas conventuales, hecho que ha propiciado su conservación, enriqueciendoasí el legado cultural cordobés y eje fundamental de la investigación.

This research work proposes the study of the civil architecture of the city of Córdobabetween the fourteenth and sixteenth centuries, at the height of the flourishingMudejar art. The cultural contact between Christians and Muslims led to thetransmission of Islamic artistic values to the Christian courtly world, constitutinga space of power through a unique civil architecture, in which the palace-housesstand out. The evolution of these buildings, in large part, will end up in the handsof conventual religious orders, a fact that has led to their conservation, thus enrichingthe cultural legacy of Cordoba and the fundamental axis of research.
