    Le Tramway de Claude Simon i El tramvia groc de Joan F. Mira comparteixen determinades característiques més enllà del motiu que els dona títol. Autors d’extensa trajectòria evoquen respectivament la seua infantesa en aquestes obres. L’article n’analitza els principals components d’estil per tal d’observar els punts de semblança i contrast entre dues narracions que pertanyen a gèneres literaris diferents. Alhora que portem a terme aquesta operació, examinem les singularitats pragmàtiques tant de la novel·la autobiogràfica com de les memòries, gèneres que transiten per una zona d’intersecció cada vegada més laxa en l’elàstic camp del discurs narratiu.

    Claude Simon's The Tramway and Joan F. Mira's The Yellow Tramway share certain characteristics beyond the fact that they have the same title. Both are authors with an extensive caree that evoke their childhood in these works. This article analyzes the main stylistic components in order to observe the points of similarity and contrast between two narratives belonging to different literary genres. We examine the pragmatic singularities of the autobiographical novel and the memoir, genres that have an increasingly lax area of intersection in the elastic field of narrative discourse.
