    Tercera entrega de la serie “Veterinarios de la provincia de Jaén”, dedicada a larecopilación, selección, proceso y análisis de datos sobre estudiantes de Veterinaria y tituladosveterinarios, todos ellos naturales de la provincia de Jaén, y que pretende abarcar la evoluciónde la Profesión Veterinaria en esa provincia, desde la apertura de la Real Escuela deVeterinaria de Madrid, hasta finales del siglo XIX.En esta comunicación se analizan datos del periodo 1849-1858.

    The third delivery of the series "Veterinarians of the province of Jaen", dedicated to thesummary, selection, process and analysis of information on students of Veterinary andveterinary graduates, all of them natural of the province of Jaen, and that tries to include theevolution of the Veterinary Profession in this province, from the opening of the Royal School ofVeterinary of Madrid, until ends of the 19th century.In this communication, information of the period 1849-1858 is analyzed.
