Resumen de Materialização do corpo e abjeção em Judith Butler

Based on Judith Butler's theory of gender, the article discusses the issue of the materialization of bodies in their intersection with the concept of abjection. For this, initially, it is exposed how Butler deals with the issue of the body and its placement as a landmark in the consolidation of the idea of sexual difference. Subsequently, the dialogue carried out by Butler with the psychoanalyst Julia Kristeva from the concept of abjection is evidenced, which allows the philosopher to think about the production of human intelligibility within the framework of the sex-gender system and the proposition of a reading that enables the reformulation of the symbolic formation that makes gendered bodies possible.

O artigo discute, a partir da teoria de gênero de Judith Butler, a questão da materialização dos corpos em seu cruzamento com o conceito de abjeção. Para isso, inicialmente é exposto como Butler trata da questão do corpo e de sua colocação enquanto marco de consolidação da ideia de diferença sexual. Posteriormente, evidencia-se o diálogo realizado por Butler com a psicanalista Julia Kristeva a partir do conceito de abjeção, que permite à filósofa pensar a produção da inteligibilidade humana nos marcos do sistema de sexo-gênero e a proposição de uma leitura que possibilita a reformulação da formação simbólica que torna os corpos generificados possíveis.
