Sanciones establecidas en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal ecuatoriano para el delito de sicariato

    El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue analizar jurídicamente las sanciones establecidas en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal ecuatoriano para el delito de sicariato. La metodología se desarrolló desde el enfoque cuantitativo, a través de la búsqueda y análisis crítico documental, referencial bibliográfico y estudios o proyectos de investigación, desde la interpretación del derecho en este sentido, muchos de los objetos con los que trabaja la ciencia jurídica. Apoyada, desde un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental, cuya indagación desde la reflexión crítica, se construyó el método de análisis del fenómeno de estudio, considerando leyes, normas, acuerdos, tratados internacionales, lo que condujo a la obtención de información relevante y la construcción del tejido teórico. Se concluye, que el delito de sicariato y el otorgamiento de la sanción para los autores debe ser una mayor pena tanto para el ejecutor como para el autor intelectual, es imprescindible garantizar, la seguridad jurídica.

    The general objective of this research was to legally analyze the sanctions established in the Ecuadorian Organic Integral Penal Code for the crime of contract killing. The methodology was developed from the quantitative approach, through the search and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic reference and studies or research projects, from the interpretation of law in this sense, many of the objects with which legal science works. Supported, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, whose inquiry from the critical reflection, the method of analysis of the phenomenon of study was built, considering laws, norms, agreements, international treaties, which led to the obtaining of relevant information and the construction of the theoretical fabric. It is concluded that the crime of hired assassination and the granting of punishment for the perpetrators should be a greater penalty for both the executor and the mastermind, it is essential to ensure legal certainty.
