  Como objetivo general del presente estudio fue establecer, si en realidad los actos administrativos ejecutados por la Unidad Distrital de Talento Humano de la Dirección Distrital 03D01-Educación, en cuanto a los informes de procedencia de instauración a sumario administrativo, contaban con la debida motivación que se requiere para la validez del acto administrativo dentro de los informes elaborados en el periodo correspondiente al año 2017. Un acto administrativo indebidamente motivado cuando sea sujeto de revisión en vía administrativa o judicial pude ser declarado con nulidad de pleno derecho y/o vulneración de derechos fundamentales, he aquí la importancia de aplicar coherencia al momento de la elaboración y redacción de informes o resoluciones que emanen de la administración pública.

  The general objective of this study was to establish whether in fact the administrative acts executed by the District Unit of Human Resources of the District Directorate 03D01-Education, in terms of the reports on the proceeding of administrative summary proceedings, had the due motivation required for the validity of the administrative act within the reports prepared in the period corresponding to the year 2017. An improperly motivated administrative act, when subject to administrative or judicial review, may be declared null and void and/or violate fundamental rights, hence the importance of applying consistency when preparing and drafting reports or resolutions emanating from the public administration.
