Resumen de Vulneración del principio de inmediación y contradicción en audiencias telemáticas del Tribunal de Garantías Penales

  El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general determinar cuántas audiencias telemáticas se realizan en el Tribunal de Garantía Penales de Cuenca. De tipo descriptico con diseño no experimental. A criterio del 44% de los participantes, la entidad investigada no dispone de equipos informáticos adecuados para asegurar una audiencia telemática. Puede establecerse que los principios analizados no se cumplen cabalmente, lo que finalmente causa un perjuicio al sistema procesal que deje de ser un medio para la realización de la Justicia, por las deficiencias en el presupuesto estatal y la falta de inversión en capacitación e implementación de equipos y sistemas confiables, busca solo tener resultados haciendo de la Justicia una práctica diaria, pero desde la base de estadísticas y desatendiendo sus fines primordiales.

  The general objective of this work is to determine how many telematic hearings are carried out in the Criminal Guarantee Court of Cuenca. It is a descriptive study with a non-experimental design. In the opinion of 44% of the participants, the investigated entity does not have adequate computer equipment to ensure a telematic hearing. It can be established that the principles analyzed are not fully complied with, which finally causes damage to the procedural system that ceases to be a means for the realization of Justice, due to deficiencies in the state budget and the lack of investment in training and implementation of reliable equipment and systems, it only seeks to have results by making Justice a daily practice, but from the basis of statistics and neglecting its primary purposes.
